With your eyes closed, take
a deep breath and say the word blue. . But when you have let your eyelids relax really
well test them to just find they don't feel like opening. Take another deep
breath and say the word blue; blue as the sky, blues as a babies blanket, blue as
a deep blue ocean. On this next breath say the word blue and allow your eyes to
open easily. Then you will notice everything looks a little better or you feel
a little bit more centered.
