HEAVY/LIGHT

Have the client sitting in a chair and have them extend their arms with their palms out-stretched. Have them imagine one hand with a beautiful balloon attached to their wrist by a long string. The balloon of course is filled with helium. Have them imagine the other hand with a very heavy metal ball on it. Wait as they experience their one hand rise and their other lower in response to the suggestion. Allow them to put their hands down and continue on with further techniques.

  This is not only a deepening technique but an induction technique as well
