USE of SOUNDS and DISTRACTIONS

Often sounds and distractions heard by the subject can be used to further deepen the subject. All would need do is suggest to the subject while in the hypnotic state: "All the sounds you hear around you allow you to go even deeper...deeper than you've ever been before."
