A) We are all subject to self-talk. We all have scripts that we replay in our minds every moment of the day. If we can replace the negative scripts with positive ones we can redirect the course of our lives for the better.

Q) What effect does our own self-talk have on us?

A) Our self-talk can either hold us back by convincing us that were depressed, ill or just inadequate or it can assures us that we are worthwhile, happy and confident.

Q) How important is it to change the words we use?

A) Until we change the words we will not change.
